Natalie is the owner of NPM Consulting, LLC in Boulder, Colorado. Ms. Portman-Marsh specializes in system and organization culture change activities to enhance operational efficiency using Emergent Learning, project management, assessment and facilitation strategies.
As a public speaker, she presents at conferences on school based health, suicide, trauma, professional ethics, health disparities and nontraditional stakeholder engagement. Natalie works with collective impact initiatives and coalitions along a continuum of readiness. She is trained in a national model to improve civic engagement.
Natalie is an adjunct faculty at the University of Denver, Graduate School of Social Work since 2002 and is past President of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Social Work, Colorado Chapter. Natalie is a current board member of the Colorado School Medicaid Consortium.
Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Practitioner Certification in Emergent Learning.
